Cocktails and Counting

It’s a new year and we’re sure you’re looking to lessen those calories and get your workout into full swing. Cocktails always seem to present an issue when thinking about your diet. That’s why we’ve decided to give you a lesson in ordering cocktails the “light” way so you can enjoy them on the regular, guilt free.

Sticking to lighter cocktails, ones with less sugar and cream, is an easy way to cut many calories. However, asking the mixologists to use less sugar, or a substitute, is always an option as well. One key idea to remember is: the less ingredients, the less calories (in this case). Below is a list, from our House Cocktail selection to a few that are “resolution friendly”. Cheers!
