New Season, New Menu

With the below freezing temperatures we’re experiencing these days, it’s hard to believe that it’s almost springtime in Chicago! In an effort to brighten things up, we have a new menu that features fresh flavors that one wouldn’t typically find this time of year. Think citrus flavors such as grapefruit and orange, and fruity ingredients such as fig. This time around, our entire team has contributed to signature changes to each section of the menu.

Zest of Fray

1.5 oz Absolut Vodka
1 oz Mandarin Juice
.25 oz pampelmousse
.25 oz Suze
.5 oz lemon
.5 oz simple syrup
2 dashes ango                                                                              

Shake and strain into a Coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.


2 oz The Glenrothes (TGR)
.75 oz Amontillado Sherry
.5 oz PX Sherry
2 dashes JT Decanter bitters

Stir and strain into a Georgian glass. Orange expressed and discarded.

Point Break

1.5 oz Tromba Tequila
.25 oz Del Maguay Vida
.5 oz creme de cacao
.5 oz grapefruit
.5 oz lime
.25 oz agave syrup
1 dash ango

Shake and strain into a Coup cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime peel.
